For this reason when a Resort, Hotel, Real Estate Agency or Property Owner approaches us for professional Interior or Architectural Photography we make sure to provide stunning photographs to satisfy our piece of the SALES puzzle.
Real World Example: Last year, we shot a project calling for high end magazine styled Real Estate photos of a property that was on the market for over a year without a bite. The agency had lowered the asking price by $200,000 to try and move the Palm Beach million dollar home and still nothing. After we completed our work and the images replaced the 3D walk-thru “these things simply make me nauseous” presentation the property sold in less than a month and not only did the agent sell but the property sold for just over their originally listed price. That’s more than a $200,000 increase by just from having quality photos instead of a generic 3D presentation. The bottom-line here is Presence, Perception & Photograph in combination simply SELLS!
